10th Annual Youth Forum on “Cambodia Youth Step to ASEAN, Be Ready for Meaningful Youth Participation in Politics”

On 29^th July 2012, Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP) celebrated Youth Forum at National Institute of Education. This forum prepared for Cambodian youth for effective contribution and participation in the ASEAN Community by starting from Building Cambodian Youth’s Awareness on Politic.There are over 700 participants in this event. 

It encourages all youth to be brave for join, show their opinions in all Social activities. There’s round table discussion on “Be Ready for Meaningful Youth Participation in Politics” guest speakers are : Dr. Sok Touch, Director of Khmemarak University and Political Analyst. Mrs. Chea Vannarath, Independent Analyst. Mr. Kem ley, Principle Investigator. Ms. Hem Vannareth, Community Development and Organizing Officer of Cambodian Youth Empowerment. Also Facilitator by Mrs. Thida Khus, Executive Director of SILAKA. Participants also can ask any questions to all speakers. 

It’s meaningful for all youth for join in social activities like this.  The future is within reach and it is up to each and everyone of you as an individual to do your part to further the advancement towards a more transparent and unified transition!  Don't underestimate the power and the potential of the Cambodian Youth! You are the hope of a better more transparent, more accountable Cambodian Society!
